May Sole

Ingredients:
(may) sole, flour, salt, bacon, oil and, if you like, shrimps



Take a cast-iron pan and put in the diced breakfast bacon.
Fry till the bacon is crisp.
Put bacon on a plate and keep it warm.
Give some flour into a soup plate. Salt the fish and coat each side with flour.
Fry the fish on low heat.
When it is ready you may raise the temperature till the fish is getting crisp.
If you like shrimps fry them with the fish for some minutes.
Prepare the fish on a plate. Put the shrimps and bacon on the sole and a piece of lemon beside it.
Goes with potatoes and salad.
